Achieve Healthy Self Esteem!


High self-esteem is one of the most important things anyone can develop. Without it you are destined to fail and feel miserable. With it you achieve the heights of success and experience joy that is now unknown to you.

High self-esteem is something that you are born with, much like self-confidence. However the world, society and our parents and peers often teach unknowingly rob us of both of them.

Therefore, the great majority of people who have high self-esteem in our society have worked on themselves and developed it through perseverance and diligence.

It is possible to join the ranks of high achievers and super successful people merely by increasing your self-esteem.

How you act and react to events, people, circumstances and situations is all dependent on your self-image. Your self-image is how you view yourself and your place in the world. If you have the self-image of a winner then you will likely succeed at almost everything you do. However, if your self0-image is damaged, negatively tainted by past events or in any way untrue then you will likely fail often!

If you want more happiness, success and fulfilment then you need to change your self-image and you do this by increasing your self-esteem!

Here are some simple steps to higher self-esteem and a better more successful self-image:


Appreciation

When you appreciate yourself, and consider yourself as a person who is worthy of experiencing the best that life has to offer you will tend to attract those very things to you.

In fact the way you view yourself influences your thoughts and feelings and thus your actions! As we all know it is our actions that determine our results! So, begin to accept yourself for who you are and start to accept that you are worthy of the life that you want!

Accept where you are in life and the person you have become. Berating yourself will not make you or your situation any better! However, accepting who you are and where you are will give you a feeling of empowerment and allow you to create the changes you want from this place of internal power.


Release The Past

This is somewhat similar to the point above in that it involves acceptance. Accept your past and view it as it is – the past! No longer allow your previous experiences to deter you from your present reality or your glorious future.

Make peace with your past and you present will be peaceful. Make peace with the present and your future will be abundant!


Stop Beating Yourself Up!

Everyone makes mistakes and it is our mistakes that help us to grow. Without mistakes there is no learning and without learning there is no growth!


Give Yourself Love & Approval

Loving yourself is a choice you make. Disliking yourself is also a choice. One leads to abundance, wealth and happiness. The other leads to failure, misery and disappointment. Which one will you choose?

This is probably the most important thing you could ever do for yourself! Practice standing in front of a mirror and telling yourself that you approve of YOU! Tell your reflection that you love it. Tell yourself that you love who you are and who you are becoming.

Believe me when I tell you that this is harder then you think but when you get to the stage when you can look in a mirror and believe that you are perfect just as you are your life will change in magical and surprising ways!
