Questions Are The Answer!

All of us go through difficult times in life. We find ourselves in situations we do not like with problems we can’t seem to solve. Our usual response is negative in nature and the questions we ask are usually unhelpful.

Have you ever asked, "why does this always happen to me?" or "what have I done to deserve this?" or similar questions?

These questions are unhelpful, have no real substantial and concrete answer and keep you stuck in the problem. However, there is a way to ask yourself questions that will guide you to answers that help you solve your problems and move forward.

Asking the correct questions from other people, but especially asking the correct questions of yourself, is the fastest way to find solutions. It is also the best way to achieve your own personal development and move forward in your self improvement.

The questions that we ask ourselves and others are a good indication of how we are thinking about our problems. The questions we ask reinforce our beliefs and have a much bigger impact on our results than may seem immediately obvious.

The way you think determines how you act. That means if you are asking questions that keep you engrossed in the problem, like “why does this always happen to me?”, then your thinking will remain in the problem.

Albert Einstein, the eminent physicist, said, “You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must learn to see the world anew.”

By asking disempowering questions and keeping your thinking stuck in the problem your actions will reflect that way of thinking and thus your results will be the same!

You need to ask yourself empowering questions that will redirect your thinking and the thinking of those around you toward the problem!

"Bitching" about what is happening and asking the usual "victim" type questions will just keep you stuck!

When you ask empowering questions that encourage positive thoughts and actions you will quickly begin to uncover solutions to your problems and start to act in more constructive ways.

Questions that are empowering include, "what can learn from this?", "how can I ensure I don't encounter this problem again?", or "how can I best overcome this obstacle?"

Believe me, when you ask yourself for a solution, rather than asking why the problem is happening to you, you are much more likely to get the answers you want that can help you deal with what is before you!

Remove the natural desire to "bitch" about a negative situation you are experiencing. Avoid asking questions that reinforce that situation.

Instead focus your questions on discovering solutions and you will begin to see huge improvement in all areas of your life.
