Almost every suffers from some sort of rejection in a relationship. Whether it is the rejection from a partner that leaves us alone or just daily rejections that leave us feeling hurt, we all suffer in some way.
When rejection occurs it can be one of the most painful experiences we can have in a relationship. However, rejection from others is not nearly as damaging as the rejection we experience from ourselves!
Self criticism is the most damaging and hurtful form of rejection that any person can suffer. If you stop for a moment and take inventory of your day you will find that you have been criticizing yourself incessantly throughout your daily activities.
From the moment we wake in the morning until we retire at night your head is filled with thoughts of self-rejection and feelings of unworthiness, doubt and self criticism.
Likewise we constantly criticize what is happening in our lives and the people who are involved in it.
Whether we wish to change how things are or how people interact with us we are projecting outward into the world of form and matter a rejection of life itself. This mental state of mind can have only one effect – to attract to us more things to reject and to experience rejection in return.
The world works very simply; we just try to complicate it! What you give out into the world comes back to you multiplied! If you constantly give out fear, anger or rejection then hose are the very things that the world reflects back to you. Your world, experiences and the people in your life are merely a reflection of yourself, your beliefs and your judgments.
The Bible tells us “Judge not lest ye be judged” Matthew 7:1. This is very real and useable advice. It is not a guideline used to live a good and spiritual life; it is the law! When you judge others you get judgment back in return. This is a perfect example of the workings of the Law of Attraction. In the same manner when you reject others and the learning experiences that life gives you will get rejection back and more learning experiencing.
By first of all accepting what is you enter a place of true personal power where anything is possible. By fighting against what you cannot control you get caught in a never ending cycle of criticism and disappointment.
By rejecting life, others and yourself you send out into the world a negative wave of thoughts and feelings which return to you multiplied and just create more things to be dissatisfied and disappointed about.
When you have acceptance for what is and send forth love and appreciation then your life begins to change. Through the Law of Attraction you begin to experience more things to be joyful, loving and accepting of!
Stop rejecting yourself and you will enter a place of acceptance. This self acceptance allows you to also accept all the good things that the Universe is trying to bestow on you!
